Do I need to be a member to join a game?

Yes, you do! Membership is required to be part of the Gals FC community, which comes with access to: Weekly pay-to-play games (you pay for the pitch when you attend). Friendlies and matches against other clubs or Gals FC communities. Socials organised by different teams. Special events run by Gals FC. Exclusive WhatsApp community groups.
Do I need to bring my own gear?

Just bring: ✅ Something comfortable to wear ✅ Trainers or running shoes (we don’t wear cleats/football boots to keep games accessible) ✅ A water bottle to stay hydrated
What is the cancellation policy for games?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy as we need to cover the pitch cost. We totally appreciate things come up but unless you can find someone to take your spot, we ask gals to pay for last minute cancellations.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes! If you cancel outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, you’ll receive a refund.

What happens if a game is full?

If a game is full, message your VPs to check if there’s space! There are usually last-minute dropouts, so it’s always worth asking.
How can I report an issue or concern?

Please share any concerns in the weekly "Rate My Session" form, which you’ll find in your WhatsApp community. If you leave your name, we’ll reach out to follow up.
